SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail to despatch our lingerie within the UK. Internationally we use Royal Mail and offer a premium DHL service. All deliveries are tracked and some may require a signature upon receipt of the delivery to ensure your lingerie arrives in perfect condition.

Once the order is despatched we will email you to let you know and provide the tracking number, so you can keep updated with its progress across the globe. We try to dispatch all orders within 6 working days.

Please expect a longer shipping time frame during sales and holiday periods.

 

UK

Postage is free for all UK orders over £100.

Europe

Postage is free for all European orders over £200.

Postage is £15 for all EU orders under £200.

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail International tracked and signed service.

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 2–7 working days from when it is sent.

Custom charges are applied by some countries.

Rest of the World

Postage is free for all international orders over £300 via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

For all USA/Canada orders over £300 we despatch via premium DHL service for free.

Postage is £20 for all orders outside Europe under £300 using Royal Mail International tracked and signed. Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 3–15 working days from when it is sent.

We offer a premium DHL express service for £35 for all orders under £300 which generally arrive to any location within 5 days and is fully tracked.
