RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product/s.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with its labels still on and never been worn. Any product returned that has been damaged or washed will not be refunded or exchanged. When trying on your Etta Lingerie purchase please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Customers are responsible for shipping return and exchange items to Etta Lingerie including the cost of shipping UNLESS it is faulty. Please include the delivery note so we can identify your order and mark which items you are returning. Just post the return lingerie back to our shop in Oakham, Rutland.

Refunds will be processed and payments returned to the original form of payment. We process your refund when the lingerie arrives back in the store. Please allow up to 28 days for this to happen.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a purchase, we will be happy do so, subject to the following conditions:

FAULTY ITEMS

Please follow the returns process for this and add a note explaining the situation. We may email you or phone you for further information.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If we have shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as the purchase is received back in store. Legally, you have 14 days to cancel an order and from then onwards, 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. However, we cannot refund any shipping charges if you have changed your mind if the order has already been posted.
